This year we had the pleasure of partnering with yourtown on their most significant luxury prize home.
The stunning $6.2 Million home is an elegant country escape on 5,680m2 of lush green land in Tallebudgera Valley. It has been fully renovated and designed by award-winning interior designer Darren Palmer.
The project was a true team effort, with RQC Constructions leading the construction, Diverse Building and Roofing handling the roofing, and On Point Electrical providing top-notch electrical services. From the initial planning and design phase to the final finishing touches, each of our partners brought their expertise and dedication to the project.
RQC Constructions was responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that the property was built to the highest standards of quality and safety. Their team worked tirelessly to complete the project on time and on budget while meeting all the specifications and requirements set by designer Darren Palmer.
Diverse Building and Roofing handled the roofing aspect of the project, using their knowledge and experience to build a roof for the property that is not only functional and durable but also aesthetically pleasing. They took great care to ensure that the roof matched the overall design of the property and met all building codes and regulations.
On Point Electrical provided the electrical services for the property, installing wiring, fixtures, and other necessary components to ensure that the home was properly wired and safe for occupancy. They worked closely with the other partners to coordinate their efforts and ensure that the electrical systems were integrated seamlessly into the property’s overall design.
We were careful to incorporate the design vision of celebrity interior designer Darren Palmer, working closely with him to bring his ideas to life and create a truly unique and beautiful prize home. The result is a property that not only looks stunning but is also built to last and provide years of enjoyment for the lucky winner.
