Current Area of Serviceability
The RQC Group currently operates in South East Queensland & Northern NSW.
Our growth plan includes consideration of extending our area of operation. Several members of our leadership team have built and managed operations throughout Regional Queensland, Northern Territory, and NSW.
Group Operational Support
The RQC Group provides operational support to all of our business entities to ensure smooth and streamlined operations throughout the group. This operational support covers three key areas.
Job Management
The RQC Group utilises Prime EcoSystem3, a cloud-based job management software program to provide our operational areas with best-in-class job management.
HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT
The safety of our people and those that we interact with is of critical importance to us. The RQC Group has a dedicated HS&E Manager as well as an external provider/auditor who provides ongoing oversight and HS&E support.
Hr & Staffing
The RQC Group utilises a specialist Human Resource and Industrial Relations external provider.
